An Italian investor is arriving to Poltár. The town has decided to sell him the land, on which before stood brickworks. As told to TASR by Ondrej Lepiš, spokesperson of the Town Department in Poltár. According to mayor Pavol Rončák, it’s too early to talk about the new investor and his plans. “The contract of sale will be signed at the beginning of the year, and later we can begin preparing documents for the project.“
